For any airport deliveries or pickup, it will occur in the parking area as per the RTA regulations
Any deliveries or pickups outside of Dubai is subject to fees (depending on the location)
The customer (driver) must have original documents when receiving the vehicle
The customer (driver) is allowed to take pictures or videos of the vehicle at the point of delivery
3. Payment Policy:
Explore Car Rental provides three methods of payment:
Online payment
Cash payment (We also accept foreign currencies such as: USD, SAR, Euros, Ponds)
Credit/debit card payment
For Deposits:
The deposit amount depends on the type of vehicle as well as the duration of the rental
The cash/debit card deposits will be refunded within 20 to 25 days after the vehicle is returned
Pre-authorized deposits will automatically be released after 20 days, if not, please contact your local bank
4. Salik (Tollgates)
There are 8 toll gates within Dubai, for their specific locations, please visit Salik.ae
Each tollgate carries a fee of 5 AED
Toll Gates payment can be made upfront upon returning the vehicle, alternatively this can be deducted from the deposits.
5. Fines:
- In case of any fines, Explore Car Rental will be informing the customer promptly
Fines can be paid upfront upon returning the vehicle, alternatively it can be deducted from the deposit
If the amount of fines exceeds the deposit, the customer will be required to clear the fines as soon as possible, failure to do so might result in legal actions
6. Accidents:
n case of any accidents, the customer is required to make a police report by calling 999, alternatively this report can also be made through the Dubai Police Application
The customer is also required to inform Explore Car Rental
In the case where the accident isn’t the fault of the driver (customer), there will be no charges, as per the insurance policy. In the case where the driver (customer) is deemed at fault, an excess claim applies, as per the insurance policy, for further information, please see the Renting Guidelines

7. Permissions/Restrictions:
The driver can only be the person under whose documentation the vehicle was signed
The vehicle can be taken anywhere within the UAE borders, taking it outside the borders is strictly prohibited
It is strictly prohibited to place the vehicle in any garage or agency for any sort of repairments
8. General Terms and Conditions:
The customer will return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as was delivered with, otherwise excess charges may apply
Any extension of the contract period should be informed 24 hours prior to the contract ending date
